This beautiful home with all new furnishings located near Cook’s Brook beach on the bayside and Nauset Light beach on the ocean is a perfect retreat when you just want to get away~just the two of you or maybe some friends as well. Relax in front of the new 65” wall hung tv or dine under the new modern chandelier and by the gas fireplace. A large yard, patio, screened in porch, and clean, modern indoor living is a perfect way to regain your balance, wake up refreshed, recharged, and ready to explore the Cape.
I am always nearby and can be reached by phone, text, or email if you need anything. I respect your privacy since this is your time away but remain available for you.
Very central to everything. Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail), Arnolds, Coast Guard and Nauset Light beach, Cook's Brook and South Sunken Meadow Beach.
Aspinet, the leader of the Nauset tribe, was known for bringing sustenance to those starving. Our Aspinet Beach House does the same for the soul.
Come watch the amazing winter sunsets on the bayside, walking distance (or a short drive if the weather is too cold) from the house. Have some Portuguese Kale Soup in your crock pot waiting for you when you get back from your walk on the quiet beaches of the ocean. Relax on the couch with a glass of wine. Maybe curl up with a stack of books in the oversized chair, or just watch a movie on the new 65” TV with friends. All of it is a much needed respite from today’s hustle and bustle of the world.
Your mind and body will benefit from the break. Distancing from looming deadlines and pressing decisions to be made, you will find yourself more focused, energized, and motivated. Our updated home is perfectly suited for two on the main floor but can sleep up to nine if you choose to travel with family or friends.
Entering into the Aspinet Beach House, the living room with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows bring lots of natural light in. A gas fireplace brings additional warmth in the winter months or just a beautiful ambiance for the dining room, which seats six comfortably. Just off the dining room are two porches. Stepping out of the screened porch on to the patio is a gas grill for those cold weather grill masters out there. The huge landscaped lawn holds a beautiful firepit and the shed is perfect for storing your bikes for hopping on the nearby rail trail bike path.
Back inside you will find a half bath on the main floor which is home to the large laundry room with washer and dryer. This connects to the first-floor master bath. The large, modern master bath opens to the master bedroom which is beautiful with its clean lines, art, and king size bed which is made up with the softest linens.
Our surf inspired art line the stairs to the second floor where the rest of the bedrooms are housed. At the top of the steps to the right is a large bedroom with a queen-sized Murphy bed and twin bed. A beautiful reading chair with wall hung lighting compliments the relaxing space. The next bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as, another well outfitted reading nook.
A large bathroom with a tub/shower combo is great for either kids that are still in the tub stage, or adults that are too. With the complimentary amenities, bubble baths are always on the vacation “to do” list.
The last room is perfect for the person who still has to work while enjoying the Cape. A comfortable reading chair and working table with additional outlets and USB ports built in make the perfect mini office for those on the go. A single bed is located in this room as well.
