The linens were worth every penny!
The linens were worth every penny! It felt like we were staying at the finest hotel! Thank you for making this house even more special than it already was!!
Melissa Hunt, Alpine Way
The sheets, pillows and the amazing comforter are so soft!
When I got in to bed I was so surprised by the linens. First, they smell so good and are obviously SO clean. The sheets, pillows and the amazing comforter are so soft! I don’t usually sleep that well in a full size bed, but once I wrapped myself up in this combination I just didn’t want to get out of bed! If you are trying to decide to get the linens or not, I wouldn’t even think about it. It’s worth every penny. In fact, I purchased some for my home.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!
Tara's place is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in and she’s got it down to a science. This is the equivalent of staying at a proper Bed & Breakfast, complete with homemade cookies and every extra touch you can think of.
Julia, The Lotus on Minister's Pond
We loved it so much, we’ve booked it again!Serendipity is a beautiful home set back from the road amongst beautiful trees and a lovely pond. We so enjoyed the birds in the morning and the lovely views from every window. It feels very private. The house is situated far back from the main road. You can hear a bit of traffic when you sit outside but not at all when inside the house. However that said, we enjoyed lunch on the porch and tea in the morning on the patio by the pond and we weren’t bothered at all by noise. There are bunnies, birds, chipmunks - it’s a lovely, peaceful setting. Tara is a wonderful host - very responsive, friendly and warm. She met us at the cottage as we arrived at night and she gave us a quick tour to help us settle in. She was available with quick responses to any text when we had questions throughout our stay. Her recommendations for restaurants were excellent. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. So clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. We opted for the linen package and the beds were like sleeping in clouds. So lovely and restful and close to everything - beaches, bike trail and great restaurants. We loved it so much, we’ve booked it again for a return visit in the Fall!
Great Pond Getaway
This is a great, clean, comfy house in a great location a five-minute walk from Great Pond and a five-minute bike ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It's also a quick drive to bay beaches or to the ocean side. Tara is lovely, too. She came by and loaned us some huge rafts so we could float down the inlet at First Encounter Beach (which is a fun activity I definitely recommend. Investigate what's the best for doing it in terms of the tides).
Robin Epstein, GREAT POND GETAWAY
Amazing location, fantastic place, loved all of it. Great BBQ we grilled every night, and Tara was the most amazing host ever. Thank you so much! we will be back.
Aixa Sobin, The Idle Wave
Quiet & Peaceful
I really had a great time in this beautiful house. Very quiet and peaceful environment.
Rakhi Pun, Lily Pond Pines
This place was fantastic. Sparkling clean and a beautiful location by the pond. Lots of great amenities for kids and adults (board games, Roku TV, fire pit, beautiful dock) and close to lots of restaurants and activities. In the COVID world, we felt that Tara took extra care to make sure the place was clean. And Tara was incredibly responsive - getting back to us within minutes for all of our questions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to others and am looking forward to going back.
Niraj, The Lotus on Minister's Pond
Cannot say enough
Can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Tara was such a gracious host and supplied so many awesome amenities and treats. VERY clean cottage and a short walk to private dock on the pond. Surrounded by peaceful nature and singing birds. One of the best trips we've ever been on!
Mark Hayden, The Breeze on Minister's Pond
30th Wedding Anniversary
My husband and I recently spent a week in October at The Breeze On Minister’s Pond, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary; and we were very pleased with our decision! If you are considering staying at the cottage, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed!!! The cottage is the perfect size for a couples romantic getaway. And it’s fully loaded with everything you need plus Tara goes above and beyond with nice extras, like delicious homemade cookies and she even surprised us with a bouquet of her beautiful dahlias on our anniversary! And if that’s not convincing enough...their location is perfect, especially for first time Cape visitors. Eastham is centrally situated, so half way between Chatham and Provincetown. We also loved being only a mile away from Coast Guard and Nauset Light beach! Plus you have access to plenty of good eateries, even in the “off season”. The Breeze at Minister’s Pond is one of those special places that you want to brag about staying at but you also kinda want to keep it a secret too...for fear of not being able to book, due to popular demand!
The Breeze is a newly renovated, spotless and pristine one-bedroom cottage that is perfect for that couple’s getaway. The large wrap around deck overlooks the pond and several gardens. There is an outdoor dining area perfect for grilling and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing and enjoying the view. The Breeze has its own private driveway and parking area and is connected to the main house simply by a breezeway that houses the outdoor shower. The Breeze overlooks wetlands and the pond and is home to a large variety of birds. Come listen to the frogs sing while you relax under the stars.
